Targeting residents who are recent college-graduates, looking to live with roommates in dynamic retail-focused location within gateway cities. Catering to these renters by offering product with higher bedroom counts per units, higher-quality interior finishes, amenities, and unmatched locations. Properties tend to be located near public transportation or the best restaurants and bars in a respective neighborhood or city.


Gateway and Sunbelt Markets

Centeridge maintains its focus on being selective in market criteria, investing in established cities that has proven to have tailwinds in either both growth and resilience. Cap rates in these markets tend to be tighter, and hold up better during periods of volatility. Target markets experience a combination of high historical property values and rents, and strong population and employment fundamentals.
